ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what should I do?

Please contact us once you found out the order was missing products. Attach the product pictures with the order number on your email, our customer service will contact you in 24 hours.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

Contact supports@saferexpert.com and let us know your order number, we will check the order list and see if you accept re-shipment or refund.

Can I get the shipping cost refund if I cancel my order?

Normally we do not refund the shipping charge because we have 4 levels of shipping methods according to different receiving time, it's optional for customers. If the order hasn't been processed and the customer wants to cancel the order, the extra shipping fee will be sent back to their original payment method.

What should I do if the Gift Card I bought does not show up on my email?

Normally the gift card code will be auto sent to your email address. If you didn't find it on your account, please contact our customer service supports@saferexpert.com at once and we will help to work it out.

PRODUCT & STOCK

How can I share the gift card I bought to my friend?

After fulfilling the gift card order, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code. You can check it out to redeem its value. Just share the code with friends and they can also use it when they purchase Saferexpert items.

Why did I receive an email saying that the item I ordered is out of stock?

Because the warehouse is overseas, and we have some other sales platforms that share the storage. Sometimes the item is out of stock and we would send the notification to remind our customers before we process these orders, and see if they gonna get an other replacement or refund.  

How can I search products on the website?

There's always a search bar on the top of the website and you can type the keyword to find the product you want.

Do you have price promise?

Our commitment is that you'll find a competitive price both on the website and our other sales platforms. If you find security cameras from a qualified retailer, and the price is lower than our exact product, we'll match it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be the in same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at supports@saferexpert.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as an instruction on how and where to send your package. If you don't contact us before returning, your request will be not accepted.

How to exchange items?

Please contact our customer service and let us know the reason why you want to exchange the product. If it's quality reason, we will pay for the shipping fee. Otherwise, customers need to pay for the shipping fee.

How do you deal with unused returns?

When our overseas warehouse received the returning items, we will check the condition of the products first. If it still works well, we will disinfect and re-package it. If it was damaged, it would be obsoleted.

When can I receive the refund

The money will be sent back to your original payment method within 3-7 days, please keep your eyes on it.
