Return&Refund POLICY

Cancellation

 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt. 

To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (If the camera has been added to your APP account, you need to remove the device and reset the camera). It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You need to take the initiative to send an email to us to apply for a return, explain the reason, and provide the necessary picture or video information.

Note: we do not accept the damaged product, the product without package or wrong sent product; No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Returning Freight

Customers can return the goods within 30 days after receiving the package. We will bear all shipping costs if it is a product quality problem.

If the consumer dislikes the product, wrong decisions, and other consumer-induced returns, the freight will be borne by the consumer. The cost will be determined by the logistics company chosen by the consumer. Note: Shipping to mainland China for return to the factory.

Refunds (if applicable)

Before the order is shipped, the customer can cancel the order and get a full refund. Once the goods are shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.

Customers can return the goods within 30 days after receiving the package. We will bear all shipping costs if it is a product quality problem. If the consumer causes it, the consumer will pay the freight. The cost will be determined by the logistics company chosen by the consumer. Note: Shipping to mainland China for return to the factory.

  • All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
  • Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.
  • Contact us and tell us the shipping number.
  • When we receive the items returned by the consumer, the money will be returned by the original payment method, and the customer will get the money within 5-12 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at supports@saferexpert.com
