The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Warehouse Situation:

  • Hongkong/Mainland China warehouses: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Any orders done over Sunday are sent out the following Monday (depending on Holidays).

  • We normally offer DHLUSPS or E-packet, Normal Air-Mail for orders from the US.
  • For the rest of the countries, we will offer YODEL, Royal Mail, Standard Normal Mail, E-packet, Fedex as our shipping carrier.
