How long after recording motion and it stops, will it record again?

You can set how long in settings, When someone or a moving object appears, it will quickly start recording in 0.2 seconds.

Do you get a pop up window alert with sound on the iPhone or just an e-mail? Does it send a short video as well?

Yes, you get a pop up window and whatever sound your phone has associated with notifications. You can then review the video on your phone. It does not send a video.

Can this camera be used without an SD card?

Yes, it can, if you only want to watch Live video, then you don't need to have a SD Card in the camera.
However, without a SD Card, the camera won't do any history recording Playback feature, which for me and most others, beats the purpose of having a Security Camera. Having a SD Card is a good investment to make necessary recording for your Album keeping in the forms of either snapshot photos or videos, or both, of any history recording event captured by the camera that you select to save/keep. 

Can I view the video and photos on my computer or is it phone app only?

Only on your phone APP.

Does this camera support RTSP, ONVIF protocol or ICSA? I want to use it with ipcamlive to monitor tennis courts, to see if they are wet or dry. I am looking for an inexpensive IPCam that has solar panel batteries, supports wifi and can do RTSP, ONVIF protocol or ICSA. Thanks

Hello, it does not support onvif protocol. It can only be viewed remotely and in real time through the mobile APP.
This camera performs well in every way, and I believe it is suitable for your needs.

Will the camera work on the Verizon Network.

Ya, it works with Verizon network, but please remember it only fits with 4G card, 4G/5G AIO is not working.

Can I watch live video with this camera?

Yes, you can view the live stream anytime, anywhere.

Is there a particular cellular service for the 4g model

You can choose a SIM card just like choosing a SIM card for your mobile phone. AT&T and so on are all possible, or you can buy it from the local operator. We currently do not have SIM card service. This camera is more beautiful than photos, stable and durable, absolutely good camera, don’t hesitate!
