During the outbreak, it may take longer than usual for the post office to process your package, and the tracking info may not be updated so fast.

 

Please give the post office more time to transport your package and update your tracking info.

 

In the meantime, you can always send an email to supports@saferxpert.com to check the status of your order.

FAQ

What Saferexpert would do when the item was out of stock?

  • If the products can be restocked within one week, we will send an email to inform you and make your order pending until the"sold out" products have been restocked.
  • If the products can not be restocked within one week, we will give you a refund for the "sold out" product and make a shipment for the other items in your order.

What about the shipping fee and shipping time?

  1. Normal Shipping (12 - 20 days): All Free
  2. Standard Shipping (7 - 11 days): USD$4.99.
  3. Fast Shipping(5 - 8 days): USD$7.99

Please note that the shipping time of your package is in addition to the processing time in our warehouses.

Where would my product shipped from?

  • The order will be shipped from our Hongkong/Mainland China warehouses.
  • Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday (depends on Holidays).

Why did I only receive part of my order?

  • We will send the in-stock items first. Please wait patiently for the second package. In the meantime, you can always send an email to supports@saferexpert.com to check the status of your order.
